7hrs of intense training,I must say it was well worth it.I love doing the katas and techniques with the kamas.On the day I had been taught by Miss Rock Miss walker.(kama course)The day was run very profeesionally and well organized.well done to the instructors and C I T@s who had to help instructs us while learning their own stuff as well.I loved the 1hr free play.
